Our process

Our Data Recovery Process

1

Initial Assessment

We examine your device and determine the type of failure and whether recovery is possible.

2

Recovery Evaluation

We explain your recovery options, expected results, and any limitations before proceeding.

3

Data Recovery Attempt

Using professional recovery techniques, we attempt to retrieve accessible files while minimizing further damage.

4

Secure Data Return

Recovered files are returned securely using an appropriate storage method.

Important: Stop Using the Device

If you have lost important data, avoid continuing to use the device. New activity can overwrite recoverable files and reduce the chances of successful recovery.

FAQ

Data recovery questions

Straight answers before you book.

How much does data recovery cost?

Data recovery pricing depends on the type of device, severity of the failure, and amount of data involved. All cases begin with a diagnostic evaluation. After assessment, we provide a transparent, fixed-price quote before any work begins. While no data recovery service can guarantee that every file can be recovered, we use professional tools and proven recovery methods.

How long does data recovery take?

Most standard cases are completed within 3–5 business days. Our priority service typically delivers results within 24–48 hours. Complex RAID recoveries or severe physical damage may require additional time, which we'll communicate clearly upfront.

Is my data kept confidential?

Absolutely. Your data is handled under strict confidentiality protocols. We access only what is necessary to perform the recovery. NDAs are available upon request for business clients. We never share, sell, or retain your data after the case is closed.

What should I do immediately after data loss?

Stop using the affected device immediately. Continued use can overwrite lost data and reduce recovery chances. Do not attempt DIY recovery software on physically damaged drives. Power off the device, package it safely, and contact IntegrityTeks as soon as possible for the best chance of a full recovery.

Can you recover data from a physically damaged drive?

Yes. Many of our most successful recoveries involve drives with physical damage including head crashes, motor failures, fire or water damage, and broken platters. We perform physical repairs before attempting logical data extraction.

Do you offer remote data recovery services?

Yes. For logical failures (accidental deletion, corruption, software issues) where the drive hardware is intact, we can perform remote recovery sessions securely over an encrypted connection. Physical failures always require the device to be sent to our facility.
